For more than 28 years, Elena has supported individuals and organizations through processes of transformation, self-awareness, and personal and professional growth. Her work is grounded in a deeply human approach that integrates body, emotion, and language, combining tools from coaching, psychology, neuroscience, and experiential learning.
Her own professional journey reflects a lifelong curiosity about understanding human beings from different perspectives. She holds degrees in Information Systems Engineering and Psychology, as well as an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has also pursued specialized training in areas including cognitive and clinical neuroscience, psychotherapy, somatic psychology, Gestalt therapy, the biology of cognition, leadership, creativity, and human potential development. Elena is a Senior Ontological Coach certified by The Newfield Network and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Throughout her career, she has designed and facilitated transformational learning, leadership, entrepreneurship, creativity, and talent development programs for companies, educational institutions, and public-sector organizations in Mexico, the United States, Chile, and Uruguay. Her professional experience also includes executive roles in strategy, finance, marketing, human resources, innovation, and information systems, as well as the creation of projects and businesses in multicultural environments.
Elena is a founding partner of Comunidad Es and IntegrAcción, initiatives through which she develops methodologies and experiences designed to turn knowledge into action. Beyond her degrees and certifications, what truly defines her work is her ability to help people better understand themselves, discover new possibilities, and transform that learning into meaningful changes in their lives and communities.
